Pastor Kenneth D. Isabell is the Pastor of Tolliver Temple Memorial COGIC. He is the husband to the 1st Lady Gloria J. Isabell. They are the proud parents to 4 sons and 1 daughter. Pastor Isabell received his Biblical education from Northwest College, also the Westbrook Institute of Leadership Development (WILD). He was saved under the Leadership of the late Supt. Levi Bell on August 10th, 1986.
